Use contracts under $150,000 for which your agency allows you to withhold 10% instead of a performance obligation. The proposal for withdrawal, revision or complement (23 July 2015) can be used for projects funded by the FHWA. Use this for all projects, unless you allow electronic offers and this section of standard specifications works for your agency. Marine Pollution (January 4, 2016) Can be used for FHWA-funded projects. Use this GSP if the project involves work near or on the water and there may be the possibility of a pollution event.
